July 2 vs. Carolina Stingers (DH)

Tennessee steps out of divisional play in the beginning of July, starting with a doubleheader against the Carolina Stingers.

The Tornado would like to remember their quarterfinal win over the Stingers in the 2009 SCBL tournament, but the Stingers actually have better memories of the last meeting between the teams at Cardinal Park.  They swept the Tornado in a doubleheader here on the last day of the 2009 season, clinching the last spot in the tournament, a great moment for the program and a memorable series.
