After a three-game road trip, Tennessee welcomes league newcomer Statesville to Cardinal Park for the first time.
As the Owls have shaken up the divisional format, they look to shake up the standings against the defending champs in the second of four games between these two teams this week. The Owls get an extended stay in Johnson City, completing what’s essentially a four-game series in a doubleheader here Friday.

FYI…We bought and downloaded Friday’s broadcast, but was wondering if there is anyway we can download the July 2 highlights you recorded? This is very professional and we’d love to have it for Adam. We’ve shared it with so many already.

Attached is the segment of our Clubhouse Show featuring Adam’s start last week. At the end of the season, I will likely do a compendium of all the shows and features I’ve done, since I’ve been archiving them so well this year and it should be easy, and what will likely happen is Phil will give me a pack of CDs to burn and the team will mail them to everyone. So you should get the whole season as a keepsake! I will see if Phil will back me on putting video features on DVD. Truth be told, a vital piece of that puzzle will be missing, as I had hoped to take a camera to the All-Star Game and get interviews etc., but I have a Twins broadcast scheduled that day and simply can’t make the trip. Unfortunate, but you should at least get something at the end of the year … hopefully along with a championship ring for Adam!
